Yoga Nidra Sessions

Now offering private, one-on-one yoga nidra guided meditation sessions. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, or sleep with a trace of awareness, is intended to induce full-body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. 1 hour of yoga nidra may be as restorative as 6 hours of sleep for the mind and body.

You will remain clothed throughout the yoga nidra session while lying comfortably on the massage table propped with pillows and blankets. May incorporate a few gentle seated stretches and breathing exercises before settling in. Optional to include essential oils and energy therapy.  

Sessions last about 45 minutes.

Cost $55.

A healing blend of mindful meditation, breathing techniques, slow flowing and restorative yoga poses infused with gentle massage, energy healing and essential oils (all optional) to prepare the body for the restful state of Yoga Nidra.
